My workout stats by dailymile.com

I started logging my walk/jog on www.dailymile.com recently and imported my workout from nikerunning as well. DailyMile churned out some interesting statistics of my total workout to date … I burned off calories from over 600 donuts. And burned a total calories worth 32lbs of fat. One pound of fat equals 3500 calories, which means I already burned off approximately 112000 calories.

Assuming a daily calorie intake 2500 calories per day. I have burned almost 45days of meals.

This is me, giving me a pat on the back for the accomplishment.
