This is one good peanut butter. Expensive, yes … But soooo gooodddd.
The ingredients are just peanuts and salt, no other ingredients that I cannot pronounce 😀
I’ve been on a low carbohydrate diet for over 2 years now to keep my diabetes in check and this butter keeps my hunger pangs for hanging too long. No, I don’t take it with bread. I take it straight up. A couple teaspoon of this goodness is enough to satisfy my need to munch. The fat content keeps me up and going longer.
With all good things, I take this in moderation. I need to control my uric acid as well. Too much of this Mr. Gout could come and say hi, and make me immobile for a few days.
